Please note that Global Demographics Ltd has moved its legal domicile from the British Virgin Islands to New Zealand.

All assets and intellectual property of the BVI company have been transferred to the New Zealand Company. The ownership, however, remains the same parties, who are also New Zealand-based.

The British Virgin Island-registered Global Demographics Ltd is now entering voluntary liquidation and will shortly cease to exist legally.

All existing subscriptions will continue as normal, but all services and renewals will be provided by the New Zealand Company in future as and when due.

Access to the online databases and services, emails and web pages remains the same.
